I have been making pies and cakes for over 40 years, watching my own mother bake when I was a little girl. I have always had a love for baking as it became my favorite hobby to do. I wanted to master the art of pastry making pies, tarts & strudels so my journey begin taking pastry classes at Tante Maries School in San Francisco. I then enrolled in wedding cake design at Institute of Culinary Education in New York as my mission was to make my daughters wedding cake which I successfully did. I loved every minute of creating a beautiful cake, the happiness of celebration inspired my passion even more so to further my cake making skills. I enrolled in a Cake Academy based in London England year long workshop training with other cake artists from all around the globe, specifically in the art and technique of sugar flower design. I am endlessly inspired by the incredible world of cake design, the dedication, precision, artistry and the passion that designing brings to life is nothing short of awe-inspiring. Every cake is a canvas, an edible masterpiece that tells your story.
